    David was great showing us all of the prospective houses we looked at during our search. He was very knowledgeable about the buying process and about the types of houses we were looking at. He would also respond to our emails/texts very quickly and answered our questions. He was also great during the negotiation process. Once we were under contract he walked us through the rest of the process and even helped us with a small issue that came up after closing regarding agreed upon repairs. I would recommend David as a buying realtor to anyone.

    I highly recommend David Campbell! He sold our house within 12 hours of listing it on the market. David developed a well detailed plan to present and sell our home. We were able to learn a lot about David and his marketing approach via his informational video on his website.     This was the second time I have hired David to sell my house and he did another superb job. David is everything you want in a realtor. He's quick to respond, so quick that I generally felt like I was his only client. He's upfront and honest. He tells you what he thinks is best for you and the house, while letting you make the final decisions without being pushy. He's a master at negotiations. He is vastly knowledgeable about the selling process, but also about inspections, codes, financing, etc. All of these things make your house selling experience as stress free as possible. There is nobody else I will even consider when looking for a realtor as long as David is in the business.

    It was such a great experience working with David and would hire him again in a heartbeat! So responsive and a great negotiator when it came to putting in an offer. When we were selling our previous home, David was very honest about what to put money into to attract the right buyer and saved us lots of time and money in unnecessary upgrades. We love the home we are in now and hope we never have to move, but if we do, we know who our first call will be - David!

    Once we got the house ready, David had a professional photographer take pictures which were then placed on line when the Multiple Listing went up. The pictures were so good, we wondered if we should put a bid on it. The house was placed on the market at 11am and by 11:15 we had our first call for an appointment. While I was hanging up the phone, it was already ringing again. We had appointments scheduled for the entire day. By the end of the first day, David called and said we should take the house off the market since we now had six offers, one under our asking and the other five over. I do need to say another thing about David. My wife and I are senior citizens and have lived in the same home for 45 years. We had a strong relationship with the community, doctors, retailers, libraries, and friends. Once we sold our home and realized what we were giving up, David helped us through the transition by reminding us of the original reasons for moving. He was a good friend and I thank him every day for pointing out the positives and brushing back the negatives.

    We decided to contact David after seeing that he has overwhelmingly positive reviews on Angie's List. Less than 30 minutes after calling and leaving a voice mail for David on a Saturday afternoon, he called us back and scheduled to meet with us the upcoming Thursday. However, not even one hour later my wife and I called David back to tell him that we found a house on line that we loved. From this point forward things moved very quickly. David arranged to meet us at the house the very next day (Sunday!) After the walk through, we submitted an offer which was accepted. David was incredibly helpful with every step of the home buying process. He was always ready with recommendations for home inspectors and contractors as needed. His responsiveness by email and phone was second to none. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us weight out our options during the inspection and negotiation process. In the end, we purchased a home we now love for what we believe was a fair price. Buying a house can be a stressful process. David helped make the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. In little more than a month we went from looking at the house to owning it. We highly recommend David Campbell for anyone looking to buy a home in the greater Dayton, OH area.

    Mr. Campbell did an excellent job selecting properties to view that fit our specs, and followed through with all our requests for additional visits. Once a property was selected, he was very professional in walking us through the purchase agreement and negotiation process. He was attentive to every detail along the way, and went above and beyond in guiding us through the unusual "mail-in" closing, since we were unable to be physically present. All went smoothly, thanks to Mr. Campbell's diligence. We would highly recommend him.

    I contacted David via email to inquire about his services in helping me sell my father's house. David was quick to respond and was very flexible with accommodating my busy schedule. Throughout the process, David was always quick to respond to my texts, emails, and phone calls. It felt as though I was his only client. David met with me several times to provide insight and advice on things to change and improve with the house to make it sell quickly and for the price we wanted. We listed the house and within 24hrs we had an offer. Through negotiations, inspections, and repairs, David was great.     David is the epitome of a great real estate agent! Before we listed our home with him, he came by and spoke with us and gave us an assessment of the value of our house. He advised us on staging the house and simple improvements that would help the house look more appealing. He was patient, no matter how many times I contacted him to ask questions or get his opinion. David gave us a good picture of where the market was in our neighborhood with comparable homes. He assessed the market on a weekly basis to determine how our house was doing in number of internet viewings, as well as number of showings, and followed up with the buyers' agents to get feedback on our house after the showings. It was helpful (although sometimes frustrating) to know why buyers weren't interested in our home. David didn't lose hope and never pushed us into a decision. His advice during negotiations helped get us the best deal. His experience in the Dayton area was invaluable, as he has many contacts for repair technicians. When I was unable to get a termite inspection done in time for closing, David came through by contacting a company that provided the inspection we needed and for $20 less! He went the extra mile to make sure we found a buyer and made it to closing. If we ever buy or sell a home again, Super David is our go-to guy! We recommend him to our friends wholeheartedly!

    Having worked with multiple agents in the past, I have no problem giving David Campbell the highest recommendation possible. David is the best Realtor that we've had the privilege to work with. David is well versed in the Dayton market, having bought or sold houses in many of the regions that we looked at (including but not exclusively : Centerville, Kettering, Bellbrook, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Washington Township and Oakwood). David has exceptional home construction knowledge as well. Whenever we would find a problem about a home that we were interested in, he would know exactly what the problem was, how concerning it was, and would have an estimate for how much it would cost to fix. We were pretty versed in what to look for in a home, but he would find things that we missed as well. David always made time to set up showings for us. We were pretty demanding buyers who looked at many homes. The market was moving fast and he made sure we got to see every house we asked to see before it was gone. Even though we took much of his valuable time, he never pressured us to settle for a home that works, but helped us find the perfect home for us (which we still love). David also sold our home, and this was also a positive experience. He came through the house and gave us many tips and suggestions for presenting the house in the best manner possible. These tips helped our home to achieve the highest rankings possible on every post showing survey (except for one). The only hold ups for selling our home were the things that we couldn't change (two story, backyard size, location), and David was upfront with the challenges that our home would face and tried to not let us get discouraged. When things weren't moving as fast as we had hoped, he had a professional video tour and photographs done to give us a leg up online. We sold our house and the process was professional and pretty painless. If you are looking for a Realtor to sell your home or help you find your perfect house, I highly recommend David Campbell.

    My husband and I are both busy professionals . We needed to move from out of state for my employer and I had a tight time schedule (only available for one specific week in mid-May). I shopped around online for a few months beforehand but we only had one week of house-hunting on the ground in the Dayton area. I scanned available reviews of real estate agents and from a couple of different sources I saw his name and information with many positive reviews. After chatting with him, it was pretty obvious he'd been in the business long-term for a while and knew what he was doing. I made it pretty plain I needed his undivided attention for that week (which is really a rather big gamble for him) and he was completely on board with it. We had such a pleasant buying experience with David! There were a few bumps along the road (unavoidable and compounded by the fact that we were 2500 miles away) and he did everything possible to smooth the transitions. He made many useful suggestions without being intrusive or dogmatic. He was present for every inspection, took copious photos and detailed notes, and had a thorough discussion with us about the results and recommended plan of action. He was practically instantly available by phone, text or email at all times, even odd hours (necessitated by the 3 time zone difference between our location and his). He was always prompt with his responses; I was never "left hanging." He is calm and unflappable, which is really helpful when you are spending big bucks on a house. Particularly if negotiations get a bit heated. He did a great job negotiating the price of the house and advising us on various fine points of the inspection/repair requests. Very knowledgeable, both about the real estate process in general and about the local market in particular. This is probably the 7th or 8th real estate transaction we've done (either buying or selling) involving an even greater number of agents (at least 10 over the years). David is hands down the best I've dealt with and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone!

    I found David to be extremely helpful, attentive, patient, and professional throughout the process of buying my first home. My situation in buying my home was a little unique; however, David was always optimistic, yet realistic in helping my find solutions to challenges. His recommendation of Union Savings Bank was spot on! He helped me negotiate the price of the home and make realistic requests to the seller that resulted in fully satisfying all my major concerns after the inspection. I certainly appreciated his ability to provide insight to things I may not have considered without being condescending or patronizing. I highly recommend David and I would definitely work with him again!

    David Campbell is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and demonstrates a wide experience in serving as buyer's agent. One reason we chose to use his services is that he is a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), showing that at he should be familiar with a wide variety of real estate situations. I think he was a good listener, and understood what kind of house we were looking for, avoiding wasting our time looking at anything else. During the house viewings we got a lot of useful information from him, although sometimes we had to ask first. He maintained a calm and sometimes lightly humorous attitude (where appropriate). He kept us calm. He made the process as easy and successful as possible, efficiently handling all the details and going the extra mile in overcoming problems and concerns we had. For instance he was right there to recommend and help us set up home inspectors (general, radon, HVAC), as well as the appraiser. We were impressed with results of these services as well. When we asked for assistance in making decisions he readily offered good suggestions. Now that we have completed buying the house we are happy to be there.

    David is phenomenal! From the first time we met until we closed on our house (6 months later), he surpassed our expectations! On a professional level, he is very knowledgeable about the area and about houses. He pointed out and explained characteristics of note in each house, especially items that might impact our decision to buy a house. He made himself available based on our schedule (work, activities, commitments, etc). His communication is tops! He responded to every e-mail, text, and phone call quickly. Needless to say, David was prompt for each appointment, thorough in handling all aspects of our purchase, and detail-oriented to not let anything fall through. On a personal level, he remained calm and unruffled by anything that occurred, including a delay in closing the night before. When our first contract fell through, he was supportive and encouraging. He also has a good sense of humor. It was obvious that his goal was to find the right house for us, not to hurry up and make a commission. During the entire process, his attention to us made us feel like we were his only clients. Like some of the other reviewers, I cannot say enough about what a wonderful realtor he is. We will certainly use him to sell the house we are currently in. Some specifics: *He explained what Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) was and its pros and cons (we had never heard of it). *He took the initiative and scheduled an inspection while we were on a cruise to make sure we met our contractual timeline obligations. *He followed up with the loan officer and settlement company and kept me informed. *He was able to tell us which items on an inspection report were major and which were minor. *His knowledge and expertise benefited us in many other ways.

    I honestly can't say enough about David. We have bought and sold several properties over the past 25 years and he has been the best realtor we have had. David has a pleasant, positive attitude, yet is able to assist in "gently" preparing you to sell your home with suggestions of improvements. He was right on point with his recommendations to us, and we were in contract to sell our home in only six days! Everyone was surprised! He is able to view your home from a buyer's perspective to assist you in preparing it to sell. We took his advice and we were in contract with an excited buyer in six days!! David has ALWAYS been courteous of our wishes, generous with his time and responses, and prompt with action during our negotiations. He is intelligent and experienced. I would recommend anyone to David - IF you want to sell your home. Additionally, David spent many hours assisting us in finding a new home, negotiating, representing our personal interests and needs in finding and closing on a new house. He worked through the Holidays, and through snow and rain! He even postponed a movie date on a Saturday night on our behalf to show us a home! David is always calm, has a great sense of humor and always willing to bend over backwards to make time for your real estate needs. Not only is he an excellent business person, but a considerate friend, as well.

    If you want not just a realtor, but a guide, a mentor, and yes, a friend, through the process of selling your home, David Campbell is your man. He helped us select the right price for our house based on comps and the market (not a fantasy of getting rich); organized the taking of fantastic pictures and a professional video; placed the house online with a beautiful description. The house sold within days. After that, David guided us through the entire counter bid, contract, and all the details therein. We didn't know much at the start, but we both feel that, with David, we know quite a lot today about selling a home. David Campbell is knowledgeable, patient, funny, and professional.     David was awesome. Got our home listed with access to the listing on throughout multiple different websites. After greater than 10 home viewings by prospective buyers and 2 offers within 8 days of listing the home was under contract! David is easily the best realtor that we have been involved with.     Great - our house sold in 1 day (after the first showing). David was very helpful in our search for a new house as he arranged over 50 different houses for us to look at (usually after 6pm and on the weekends). He was very responsive to questions. He is extremely knowledgable about the housing market and quit often pointed out issues that would need addressed. He gave us confidence in chooosing our new home.

    This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with David Campbell. The first time was when I was with my brother helping him pick out his first house. David was so patient (we looked at 17+ in the span of a week) and helpful throughout the entire process, that once my husband and I decided it was time for us to purchase our first home, there was no doubt who we would use. David is very thorough with his work (quick to point out things a normal person could easily miss), very responsive (I always had thousands of questions), and cares more about what you want rather than getting you to just buy. He is very patient - knows the real estate market and is very personable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and will do almost anything to make them happy with their purchase. Another awesome quality about David - is that he is relentless in getting information - he will call/email whoever he needs to get info, keep the seller's agent in line, and makes sure everything is on track while keeping you updated along the way.     As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I feel very fortunate to have met David. He walked us through the home buying process to make sure that we felt comfortable and encouraged us to meet with a loan officer first so that we knew what price range we should be focusing on and to get pre-approved so that when we found the house, we were ready to write up a contract. He was very patient with all of our questions, helped to educate us on what to look for at each home, was never pushy and always quick to return an email or phone call. He even met with us to go over the home we ended up purchasing on his day off. We would not hesitate to call David should we be in the market to buy/sell again or to recommend to family and friends.
