I grew up in the Dayton area I’ve lived here my entire life. I graduated from Wright State University with a Masters in business and earned my real estate license. Things have gone well since. So well, in fact, that I was named as an Associate Partner in 2004. Most of my family lives in the Dayton area so I think I’ll stay around for a while. Outside of real estate my biggest interest has to be automotive. I really enjoy tinkering on my big block “71” Camaro and “86” Corvette Pace Car.

Construction knowledge makes a difference
Something that sets me apart from many other real estate agents is my knowledge of construction and home improvement experience. I’ve done this work in the past and I’ve found that knowledge invaluable when it comes to advising a buyer of what they are looking at during a showing and negotiating through the repair period of a real estate contract for a seller. So many agents today have never driven a nail and I believe it’s important to know your product inside and out. Why work with a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)?
I earned this designation so I could offer more value to my sellers in the Dayton area. An SRS is a member of a group of trained seller advocates, specializing in seller representation. It's an edge most Realtors can't offer. I do believe experience counts and credentials matter.
Military Relocation Expert
The Dayton OH area is a military town. Our largest employer is Wright Patterson Air Force Base and I grew up living near the base and still live there to this day. Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of relocating military buyers and sellers in and out of the Dayton OH area. I understand the unique circumstances, house hunting trips and timelines a military move involves.
