In this video, we go over how to to navigate Owners Title Insurance.I see buyers that sometimes just wear themselves out looking online for properties on many many different websites. The fact is they all come from a single source and that is the Dayton Realtor site. From there they get syndicated out to realtor.com which picks them up in about 15 minutes and then to Zillow and all the others. If you have a Buyer’s agent they can set you up to receive the listings automatically or you can go to your favorite source like realtor.com and find them. Escalation Clause: How to Get Your Offer Accepted
In this video, we go over what an escalation clause is and how to get your offer accepted. Are you tired of losing offer after offer in this hot market? An escalation clause might be the answer. An escalation clause allows you to place an offer on a home at a certain price with the ability for your offer to increase, or escalate, over the next highest offer.
